Booking FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak wedding season (November-February) and year-end corporate event season. However, we accept bookings up to 6 months early and can often accommodate last-minute requests (1-2 weeks) subject to availability.
Can I change my package after booking?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or modify your package up to 2 weeks before your event.
What if it rains? (Outdoor events)
Our equipment requires covered space. If you’re planning outdoor setup, ensure there’s a covered area or tent. We can discuss weather contingency plans.
Do you set up at any venue?
Yes! We’ve set up at hotels, banquet halls, outdoor gardens, rooftops, corporate offices, and private homes across Pakistan.
Is there a minimum rental time?
Yes, minimum rental is 3 hours for most packages.
Can we extend hours on event day
If we don’t have another booking, yes! Hourly extension rates apply.
